Wedding and Movie stuff
Heading to L.A. for a good friend's wedding, this weekend. Really stoked for some local Boise movie-makers who have a film screening tonight. I listened to an interview with them on N.P.R. this morning!
And, shameless plug time:
"The Highly Contested Election For Payette County Sheriff" is a feature-length movie I co-wrote and acted in that was shot last summer. It is being shown at the Flicks, Saturday September 19th in beautiful downtown Boise. It'll also play at the Egyptian Theatre (in Boise also) Saturday September 26th and Sunday the 27th. There, it's an official selection of the Idaho International Film Festival.
The movie itself is a alternative-western-B-movie-action-comedy that skirts right along the line between 'PG-13' and 'R' content-wise. But, if you don't mind that, it's a fun time.
Check it out if you have a chance and are in the area!
Hope everyone's well!
