To D.C.

Taking a trip to Washington D.C. in a little over a week's time. A movie that I played on with some friends is playing at a film festival, there. As I've never been, it's a great chance to see some sights. Heart of democracy is an exciting prospect for THIS political geek:)...

Enlisting some co-writers to help finish The Alpha Test script. Logistics of writing a script while still schooling and working have hit hard and it's just not happening fast enough. But if some nice people end up helping me out, then we should make a summer shooting start. One can only spend so much time in front of a computer before feeling like you have no life at all:).

Work proceeds nicely. Working with a nice assistant teacher and one of the favorite little monsters has moved up to the next class. This is always tough. Can make one feel discarded but such is life, eh? We're in the final stages of planning the next field trip and that should be pretty wicked.

Does anyone else have the head cold? I have the head cold and it's driving me batty. In the grand scheme of things, it could be much worse. I can endure a cough and a runny nose when there are REAL problems in the world.
